Thanksgiving is approaching us very quickly and some pet owners may not be aware of the do's and don'ts of things that they can feed their pets for Thanksgiving. I know that most of us want our pets to join in on the festivities for Thanksgiving by giving them some treats from the table, but before you do please read this.

- Turkey skin or gravy- Can cause inflammation of the pancreas
- Bones- Can choke on them
- Seasonings- Can cause gastrointestinal upset
- Onions and garlic- Very poisonous
- Nuts
- Grapes and Raisins- Can cause kidney failure
- Anything uncooked-
- Alcohol
- Cranberry Sauce
- Stuffing
- Nothing with sugar
The Do's of Thanksgiving:
- Turkey without the skin or seasoning
- Plain Cooked white potato or sweet potato without skin or seasonings
- Plain Green Beans
- Plain Cooked Dinner Rolls
